Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
You produce the order number or proof of purchase
The Goods are sealed, all accessories are complete, unworn and in its original condition
You agree to deduct the following from the refund amount (this is applicable once the Goods have been labelled for shipping):
15% Restocking fee (flat-rate) applies
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. This may result in a repair, replacement, or exchange being refused.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kidsoclock.com.au
