Delete App Account

There are two ways to delete your account for App:

1. Delete your account in the app:
   Log in to KidsOClock  APP MyFamily using your registered username and password to delete your account directly.
2. Request account deletion via email:
   Send an email to support@kidsoclock.com.au with the following details:
   
   • Your full name
   • The email address registered to your account

Once your request is confirmed, your account will be closed within 5 business days.
