We want you to be confident with your purchase. Please review the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- You can provide the order number or proof of purchase.
- The goods are sealed, all accessories are complete, unworn, and in their original condition.
Refund Deductions (once labelled for shipping)
15% restocking fee (flat-rate) applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. This may result in a repair, replacement, or exchange being refused.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kidsoclock.com.au.
