KIDSOCLOCK smartwatch warranty information and how to start a claim.
Overview
KIDSOCLOCK smartwatches include a 12-month replacement warranty. If there are any manufacturing faults within the warranty period, the watch will be repaired or replaced.
To start a warranty request, email support@kidsoclock.com.au.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, water damage, or any external factors for which you could be held responsible.
- Tampering with the watch, or attempting a self-repair (this will void the warranty).
Important
KIDSOCLOCK reserves the right to refuse warranty where the above exclusions apply.
